I have a Cleeng account, what should I do and how can I manage it?

As you may have noticed, Fanseat has now a brand new look! We hope you will love it!

We released a new website but we also changed the entire system (registration, payment etc.). Before the release, it was managed under Cleeng, now we are working with StayLive.

The users who (had) subscribed to Fanseat before June 24th - the new website release, and have an account and/or subscription under Cleeng may need some help to manage their account:

• For the users with an ongoing subscritpion under Cleeng, please refer to the FAQ: I subscribed to Fanseat before the new website release, how can I watch the games?

• Users with an account but no ongoing subscription will have to register and subscribe again on Fanseat.com. You can fin the instructions to follow here: How can I subscribe to Fanseat?

• Users who would like to stop their Cleeng subscritption can do it through Cleeng (we also can do it for you if you prefer,in this case, please get in touch with our User Support)

• User who would like to delete their Cleeng account should get in touch with our User Support.
