Terms of use
When you register a user account, you also agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You must read and accept these terms and conditions before using the service. By accepting the terms and conditions of use, you agree to them and undertake to comply with them. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes to these terms and conditions. If at any time you no longer accept or are unable to comply with StayLive's Terms and Conditions, you may no longer use the Service, even if you have an account, and you should contact StayLive to cancel your account. Changes or amendments to the Terms will be made available on the website or sent to the registered email address 14 days before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after the change or amendment to our Terms has become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms.
Access and use of the Service
Registering for an account on StayLive is free, but access to the services that cost money requires one-time payments or subscription, through any of the payment solutions provided on the StayLive website.
In order to use the service, you must:
Have a personal account on StayLive.
Be able to use one of StayLive's payment solutions if needed (for the parts that are not free).
Have access to a sufficiently fast internet connection (for best results we recommend a connection of at least 4 Mbps).
Live broadcasting and Video on Demand
You can watch our broadcasts in different ways. We broadcast various events live and some material is available on demand, Video on Demand.
In the case of live broadcasting, the service you have paid for can only be viewed during the period of the live broadcast. Video on Demand is provided by various providers and this material is freely available to you when you pay for it. Normally, these videos are available until further notice, but StayLive does not control how long each provider provides them.
This means that there may be occasional situations where you have paid for a video and it is removed before you have time to watch it.
In the case of Video on Demand, you have a 48-hour guarantee period from the time you pay. If the video is removed during these 48 hours, you will be refunded the full amount you paid. After the guarantee period, you will not be reimbursed for video material that has been removed, so it is important that you see the material you have paid for as soon as possible.
Username and password security
To register on StayLive, you must provide a username and password. You must keep this information confidential and not allow any third party to access it.
StayLive reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time, but with reasonable notice. You acknowledge that changing your password may cause a temporary interruption in your access to the Service.
If at any time you suspect that someone else is using your username and password, or has come into possession of them, you must notify us immediately and change your password.
Should StayLive have reason to believe that your username and password are being used, or have become available to an unauthorized person, StayLive has the right to immediately suspend your access to the Service.
