How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform where you have your subscription. 

How to cancel the subscription: 
1) Log in to the platform by clicking the account icon in the top right corner.

2) Once logged in, click the same icon again and press Account settings.

3) Press Subscription & packages. Here you see your active subscriptions with information about when it will be renewed.

4) Click on the button Stop subscription to cancel the subscription. 

5) Once its canceled, you will receive a confirmation email to the same email as your account. You will also see for how long you will have access to the content until you loose access.
