Make sure you are on a stable and fast connection. We recommend at least 5 mbit downstream.
Be sure to use an updated browser, we recommend Google Chrome for PC and Android, as well as Safari for Mac / iOS. These can be downloaded here: Chrome or Safari. Windows 10 users can also try Edge Chromium.
Make sure no one else is on the same network taking up bandwidth. It may also help to restart the router / modem.
